NIRVANA: Original 'In Bloom' Video To Re-Surface

Launch Radio Networks is reporting that the original video for NIRVANA's "In Bloom" will re-surface the week of November 8, two weeks before the band's long-awaited box set, titled "With the Lights Out", hits stores on November 23. The most striking difference between the old clip and the one most of us are familiar with is the absence of drummer Dave Grohl, who was still playing with D.C. punk band SCREAM when the video was shot in April of 1990. Instead, original drummer Chad Channing is seen behind the kit.

The four-disc, eighty-one-track NIRVANA box set features sixty-eight previously unreleased tracks, a DVD that includes some of the band's home movies, and a sixty-page book with liner notes penned by SONIC YOUTH's Thurston Moore. The complete track listing can be found at this location.
